Somebody whack me over the head or something, will ya?
'Cause there's no way it's already December. š
Where did fall go? Where did the year go?! I feel like it was just barely fall yesterday, and now we're in the last month of the year. š
Oh, well. That's life, I guess.

The cover to the next book in one of my absolute favorites series reveals today! š„³

Trust was never a luxury Lever could afford, a fact that holds true no matter what side heās on. The only person he can truly rely upon is himself. He is done with the games; he never should have played nice in the first place. FBI, Wildfire, they can both burn to the ground for all Lever cares. And those that stand in his way? Well, theyāll learn soon enough what it means to go against a Deadlock.
Agent Sheldon knows climbing up the ladder of success is a part of life. Though no one ever warned him about the headaches that came along with it. When there are four bomb threats in one morning, the FBI suspects Wildfire is behind it. Yet when proof of the FBIās own involvement surfaces it soon becomes clear that perhaps Trojan Horse isnāt quite over. But something has to be broken before it can be mended, and sometimes hope is found when the world seems darkest.
Mark your calendars! March 1st is the official release date! (And make sure to read Smoke Screen and Lost Time if you haven't already too!)
I also had the opportunity to ask P. D. some questions! š
What stage of the writing process is your favorite?
->Probably plottingā¦the story of course.
Of all the books youāve written, which is your favorite and why?
->How dare you even suggest I choose between them!
What project(s) are you currently working on?
->As of this very moment: Training (Deadlock Book 4), Off the Rails (A Typical Book 3), He Once Was Merlin, Guardian Book 3, and a couple secret projects.
What is your favorite genre to read?
->Iād probably spy clean spy books without romance, which has been about two books.
What is your least favorite part of the writing process?
->Editing, without a doubt. Itās the worst. XP
Do you focus on one project at a time, or do you have multiple projects going simultaneously?
-> I plead the fifth.
Thank you so much, P. D., for answering these questions! š And you better believe I'm getting my hands on Web of Lies ASAP! In the meantime, be sure to add it to your Goodreads shelves!
And don't forget to follow P. D. Atkerson as well!
P.D. Atkerson is a homeschooled writer, living in Montana, who may or may not be a secret agent. She spends almost as much time in the worlds she creates as she does the real one.
When sheās not reporting the stories of her agents, sheās learning different languages, or traveling to different worlds through the portals of books.
She has a black belt in sarcasm and a masterās degree in useless facts.
What do you think of the cover? Does Web of Lies sound interesting? Have you read any of P. D. Atkerson's other books? Let's compare notes down below!
Catch ya on the flip side! _Mac š¤
